    ON-CALL 38 – 42 weeks. Continuous birth support during labor/delivery. Advocating for BOTH the birther and the partner. Relaxation and pain coping techniques. Support through 2 hours after birth.
  • How much does this package cost?
    This package starts at $1800 and can be customized as well. A $500 deposit is required to reserve your birth date on my calendar and the remaining balance must be paid in full by 34 weeks.

    Free Initial Consultation/ Meet and Greet 3 prenatal appointments (60 - 90-minute visits where we will discuss your pregnancy, your birth vision, and preferences. These are customized based on your needs and desires. Typically, we review comfort measures, birth preparation, and postpartum planning. This can also include me accompanying you to physician visits. Biweekly Wellness Visits Prenatal education and birth prep, including virtual support webinars. Preparing for your baby: How to navigate practitioners, self-advocacy and creating your birth plan.     5- 3 hours of postpartum support (I will visit you in-person within your first 2 weeks postpartum.   • Q. How much postpartum help do I need?
    Every family is different. Consider how much help you will be receiving, your budget, and your unique needs. Contact me and we can talk about the best plan for your family!
  • Q. When is payment due?
    The first 50% is due upon hire to reserve the dates in my calendar. The remainder is due biweekly as services are received.
  • Q. What does support consist of?
    Support consists of but is not limited to: Newborn care including diapers, feedings, naps, and overnights Breastfeeding, pumping, and bottle-feeding support Accompaniment to postpartum checkups or newborn pediatrician visits Emotional support for parents and an opportunity to debrief about the birth Help leaving the home with a newborn. Assistance with siblings Early parenthood education (examples: first baths, baby wearing, feeding, etc.) Grocery shopping and errands Light household cleaning and meal preparation Support for other family members in the home, including pet care Nursery organization Text, phone, and email support to answer questions and talk through concerns Support for unexpected emergencies or obstacles Research-based information and resources to help the family make informed decisions

  • Q. When should I book postpartum services?
    We can create a plan now to reserve your spot in my calendar, and if needed we can make changes as the situation changes. My services are first-come-first-serve, and many of my clients book by 12 weeks. Are you farther along? Please don't hesitate to reach out, even if it's later in your pregnancy or the baby has already been born. I will do my best to accommodate your family or connect you with someone who can.

    Creation a sacred and intentional space in your home for prayers, grounding, meditations and spending time nurturing your womb, mind, spirit and physical body. Nursery Design/Blessing The Divine Mama's Mother Blessing Ceremony Pregnancy Journal Prenatal visits focused on deepening your connection with your divine feminine energy, including guided womb meditations, chakra balancing, breathwork, intuitive healing, and divination for self-discovery and empowerment and sacred movement practices. Additional support for holistic prenatal care, including nutrition guidance, herbal remedies, and sacred self-care practices. Sacred relationship support for couples in the transition to parenthood by holding space for open conversations and questions to help you think and plan about how you can best support each other and your relationship. Pospartum Doula Services

All of our Postpartum and Siblings Doulas have at least 15 years worth of Professional Childcare, House Manager, Mother's Helper, Nanny experience and are Mothers.

Our Daytime Postpartum Doula Rate is $40/hr for Daytime Services.

Travel Doulas are available for an additional fee plus round trip travel faire.

The packages below are discounted $2 an hour and require a minimum of 3-5 hours a shift.
