* $444 Retainer- With the balance being due prior to 37 weeks. * Prenatal Prep Kit (Gift Full of Pregnancy Must Haves) 3 Prenatal visits (2 hours each, Virtual or In-Person) Initial consultation and assessment to better understand your current situation and personal goals (90 mins) Biweekly video check in sessions (30 min each) Nutritional/lifestyle guidance Unlimited email support during contracted time Meal Plans and/or Meal Prep Sibling Preparation Mindfulness practices Childbirth education class *Coaching your Partner on how to support you through labor and postpartum period. *Educational Slides, Videos, and Articles Sent Throughout Pregnancy *Unlimited Phone, Text, and Email Support 24/7 that begins when contract is signed. Postpartum Care Package (Recovery Must Haves) -3 Postpartum visits (2 hours each) -Postpartum Plan -Breastfeeding Support -Referrals and Resources -Postpartum Virtual Support for up to 6 weeks -50% off Postpartum Packages Motherhood & Spiritual Coaching: -Access to all current courses and group programs for the duration of the contract. Childbirth Education Class and Labor Preparation Class *Travel Doula Services are for those who live outside of my Service Area but prefer In Person Support. Additional fees may apply*
