Over 12 weeks we will focus on: Planning out what your next steps should be Fertility nutrition and lifestyle  Creating a food plan to support your body and increase fertility Releasing emotional blocks and fears that may be holding you back Reconnecting with your body Tapping into your internal wisdom and strength Interpreting your temperature charts (when are you really ovulating?) Charting your cycle Learning the importance of self-care throughout this process Understanding where imbalances may reside and how to fix them You will receive: -90 Minute Intake Session -Bi-Weekly Sessions -Access to Classes/Courses for 1 year -Nutritional/Lifestyle Assessment and Guides -Herbal Support -Miscarriage/Loss Support -Spiritual Support -Intimacy Support -Email/Text Access -Additional Services
